One of the most sought after jobs in the Medicinal Cannabis industry is a grow master. They are responsible for cultivating strains of the cannabis plant. On average, they earn upwards of $100,000 per year.

Junior Growers work right alongside the grow master. They oversee the operations and fill in for the grow master when he/she is unavailable. They can make between $25,000 to $60,000 a year.

Edible chefs are responsible for the careful infusion of concentrates into specific doses for safe and measured consumption.They can earn between $50,000 to $100,000 on average.

Dispensary owners are business owners who are in charge of running the dispensary where patients go to receive their medicinal cannabis products. They can earn upwards of $100,000 a year, if the dispensary is successful.

Cannabis sales reps are responsible for visiting dispensaries and forging business relationships. They must have extensive knowledge in all aspects of the industry including the regulations and the products themselves. Their salary, similar to the salary of sales reps in other industries, relies largely on commission and sales.

Companies that have a medicinal cannabis dispensary license may be allowed to deliver products to those patients, which are home-bound and unable to go to the dispensary to make a purchase. They usually make between $25,000 to $45,000 per year.
